  • This work is available to anyone regardless of role or gender. While I primarily teach and guide women, men are welcome to participate in the course and exercises.

  • If you are single you can still connect to the energy of a spirit baby if parenthood is in your path. The baby can guide you on what to do to enter a healthy relationship that can set the foundation for them to be birthed.

  • Absolutely. Spirit babies can tell us why they showed up but weren’t ready to come through fully. A lot of healing on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level can happen when we receive this clarity.

  • If you are experiencing any issues with the practices or exercises you can message me at any time via our private Slack channel. Most of the time it is fear, or something blocking us from our intuition. Scheduling a 1:1 spirit baby reading with Kristine might be a great first step if this is a primary concern.
