This includes information obtained on www.kristinemcglinchey.com, Kristine McGlinchey’s social media platforms, and Kristine McGlinchey’s YouTube channel.
No reading, intuitive guidance session, workshop (digital or in-person), or course given by Kristine McGlinchey is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.
Kristine McGlinchey, KMAC Communications LLC, nor www.kristinemcglinchey.com accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her reading, intuitive guidance session, attendance at a workshop (digital or in-person), or course with Kristine McGlinchey as well as content created by Kristine McGlinchey including but not limited to YouTube videos and blog posts.
Anti-Harassment: Client acknowledges and agrees that verbal abuse and/or harassment of any kind towards Kristine McGlinchey or her team is unacceptable and shall be grounds for Kristine McGlinchey to cease services immediately.
You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Kristine McGlinchey and KMAC Communications, their heirs, relatives, employees, subcontractors, agents, or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.
Copyright and Confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, share, display, distribute, and/or archive any material, photo, video, content, etc without written permission from Kristine McGlinchey.
Social Media: You may share content on appropriate social media outlets as long as appropriate attribution is given.
You have read and understand our Privacy Policy.
Payment Policies: Readings and intuitive guidance sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Payments are made in USD. All bookings are final. If you need to cancel or reschedule it will be a credit toward a future session.
Intention of Material: No material on this website, in any course or program (digital and/or live) of KMAC Communications, on any social media platform of KMAC Communications, or on any YouTube channel of KMAC Communications is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.
Testimonials Disclaimer: The success stories KMAC Communications shares on sales pages, our websites, social media platforms, during webinars, verbally, and anywhere else are from real people that have completed one of our programs and got amazing results. We deeply believe in our programs and our curriculum. That being said, the testimonials we share may not be typical for all students. KMAC Communications does not guarantee results as it is dependent on numerous factors (such as your own effort and particular circumstances) that are beyond the control of the company.
