The Passage

Birth is the first thing you'll do as parents.

Prepare for it as partners.

The Passage is private birth preparation for couples, rooted in HypnoBirthing. You'll learn how to stay calm and confident in labor, and you'll learn how to show up for each other in a way that lasts long after your baby arrives.

I’ve been there before

You've toured the hospital. You've downloaded the apps. Maybe you've signed up for the class where someone demonstrates a swaddle on a plastic doll.

Still, there's a question neither of you has said out loud: Are we ready?

Will you know what she needs when she can't find the words? Will you be able to make a hard decision together if plans change? When the baby is here and you're both running on no sleep, will you still feel like a team?

These are the questions that matter most.

They're also the ones no one is teaching.

The Passage is for you if…

🔻

You want to feel calm and prepared for birth, whatever kind of birth you're planning.

🔻

You want your partner involved in the birth feeling confident, empowered, and not guessing.

🔻

You're hoping this season brings you closer instead of leaving you feeling like two people on separate tracks.

🔻

You’re planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, or a cesarean. The goal is the same: a birth where you both feel informed, supported, and at peace.

What changes between you

You'll learn to read each other. Your partner will learn the cues that mean you need quiet, touch, encouragement, or space, so you don't have to explain yourself in the middle of a contraction.

You'll practice communicating when it counts. Together we'll walk through how to talk with your care team, ask for what you need, and make decisions side by side if birth takes a different path.

Your partner gets a real role. A clear, hands-on role with comfort techniques, the right words for each stage, and the confidence that comes from actually knowing what to do.

You'll build a shared calm. The breathing and relaxation tools you learn for labor are the same ones you'll reach for at 3am with a crying newborn, or in the tense moments every new family goes through. You'll leave with a practice that belongs to both of you.

Testimonials

"My husband knew exactly what to do and how I needed him to show up for me."

HypnoBirthing was one of the highlights for my husband and me. We learned so much, and Kristine’s class helped us feel ready to give birth and eased our concerns as new parents. It also helped us connect even more! I highly recommend Kristine’s program - she knows exactly what you need to learn and hear.

- Michelle & Chris, New Jersey

"Even when moments of adversity arose, the tools and resources she provided kept us steady, grounded, and connected."

Working with Kristine throughout our pregnancy was truly transformative for both my partner and me. Thanks to Kristine's warmth, wisdom, and holistic approach, we moved through pregnancy feeling enlightened, reassured, and fully supported. It's an experience we will always be grateful for.

- Sandra & Rob, Washington D.C.

“I learned things I never knew about him, and it’s made us better partners and parents.”

Kristine gave us the tools we needed to not only navigate labor but life as new parents. The Passage opened up ways for us to connect on a deeper level all while preparing to welcome our baby into the world. My partner was hesitant at first, but by session 4 he was sad it was our last call! Truly priceless and transformative.

A Note for the Partner Reading This

If you've been sent this page, chances are someone who loves you is hoping you'll say yes.

Here's something really important I want you to know - The Passage is practical. There's nothing you need to "believe in." You'll learn specific things to do and say during labor, and most partners tell me it's the part of preparing for the baby where they finally felt useful instead of helpless.

Some of my favorite couples to work with started with a “skeptical” partner. They’re actually the ones who enjoy it the most :)

Your baby will only be born once. So will you, as parents.

Prepare for it together.
